I’m at my wits end trying to re sync my ionic to my Samsung galaxy S9. Its been connected for a week then suddenly today it decides to not sync. I’ve tried every thing and I mean everything It still connects to my iPad but won’t connect/sync to the phone.  What should I do?

Hey thanks for this.
I've realised the problem. The ionic connected fine with my iPad. I was asked by the Fitbit team to turn the bluetooth off on my iPad and when I did it connected to my phone. Now it won't connect to my iPad. It looks like it won't connect with the iPad and Galaxy S9 at the same time although it was doing for the last few weeks.
Any how it is now connected to my S9 with no issues so I am going to remove the Fitbit app from the iPad to save any future problems.

Hi, I also have sync issues. Discovered sync works when my phone is connected to wifi.

Make sure the ionic and phone are on the same wifi network.  Give that a try.

Yes...I know syncing over wifi is not typical, I am just stating what works for me.
