My ionic will never link the data it has stored on the watch in regards to sleep or workout... Onto my app, until I unpaire the device and then readd connect it. Other things such as steps hr, and notifications are instant. My phone is compatible, and I've try editing all the steps to fix it but nothing. Does anyone have a fix to this problem?

It's not infrequent that I have to soft-reset the watch to finally trigger the sync of sleep data. The soft-reset, if I am using the proper term, is to press and hold the left and right-lower button until the Fitbit logo appears. Just had to do it again this morning. This happens even though the Fitbit app on my phone says the sync had just been completed.

Hi @Ionic110 - Sleep and workouts typically don't sync to the app immediately - particularly sleep. How long do you want before restarting your tracker?

@Ozzie65, if workouts and sleep don't sync immediately, then there is a confusion created by the software when the phone app indicates it has completed a sync, yet not all data are available. Perhaps the phone app could be modified to show a brief sync (e.g. steps) has completed, but a full sync (e.g. sleep, workout data) is pending. That would likely clear up confusion. I may wait 3-5 minutes before soft-resetting the watch to get the sleep data to transfer. I was unaware that there was a delay in data transmission.

I am having the same problem, some data has appeared in the app, but not sleep and activity minutes. Hopefully a fix will happen soon??

This product sucks!!!! I totally regret spending 300 on this ionic watch. They should have focused on it actually working rather than so many features that I can't track. What a **ahem** watch.
