My Ionic won’t update / measure  heart rate or log sleep pattern

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.52 iOS and 3.52.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

If your Watch still doesn't track your heart-rate, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues. Once your Ionic starts recording your heart-rate, your sleep data should start getting tracked too.
