Ionic won't sync to App Pixel2 phone

I see numerous posts for this out there but I'm not seeing how to resolve this issue. My Ionic has not sync'd to my Fitbit App all day. I have restarted by Ionic, restarted my phone, turned my Bluetooth off and then turned it back on and nothing. My friend told me to log in online and try syncing it online but I'm not seeing any where to sync it online.

Is it on the Approved list?

 

If its not some thing will work while others will not

uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app on your phone.   Every update broke sync, thus with every update I had to uninstall and reinstall the app on my Pixel 2.
