This tracker has never synced very well, but now it won't sync at all even after force stopping the app and restarting still won't find the tracker. Keeps saying tracker not found after every attempt.

Hi @Zurp, welcome to the Community forums.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having to sync your Ionic watch. Just as  @NellyG mentioned, the list of compatible devices that you can use to set up and sync your data is available here. Unfortunately the model you mentioned (Samsung Galaxy A5) is currently not listed as compatible.

If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

However, other users have reported that they were able to sync by following the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems.

I hope this helps.

I cant see the A5 on the Supported Devices List so that could well be why you have had ongoing problems. The best you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncimg problems. Has there been a recent update to the phone or tracker? That often upsets the connection in u supported phones.
