Ionic won't sync to iTunes, Watch tile is not on the dashboard.

My Ionic watch syncs to my mac and shows my latest runs, steps, etc,   The watch tile is missing from my dashboard   The problem is that I can't sync my watch to iTunes to add songs or change the playlists.  My ionic has more than enough charge on it and I do have it connected with its cable to the mac.

Hello @slorraine.

 

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the details on what is going on. I will be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In regards to the music and iTunes, do you get some sort of error message? If so, what does it say?

 

As for the tile, could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the Dashboard? I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.
