third time this month after getting help on support

Hello! Im still having issues with my ionic. its the third time in 2 weeks i had support 2 times help me
but the very next day on both tech help visits, it went right back to not responding
Im really getting frustrated this is my second watch i bought since july of 2019 . first one had battery issue
this one is under a square trade warranty and i am relying on the heart monitor in general
Cause i Have a tachycardia issue with my heart im on pills but need to monitor daily
i already spent $249.00 x 2 now it seems like i might have to find another maker or something
I dont get an answer on how to replace the one i have? everyone just wants to do tech support
and its not helping

hello i just talked to warranty company and they told me to contact fitbit because asurian warranty service covers me after fitbits 1 year coverage
and seeing i bought the watch on 08/30/2020 its covered under fitbit first then Asurian
