My ionic hasn’t been able to sync for 2 days. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Removing it from Bluetooth and following all the trouble shooting steps. Now i can’t even add the ionic in the app it just gets stuck after it finds the tracker. It stays on the connecting to tracker page. I can’t even get the pin or have it fully set up now. I’m super frustrated. Can anyone help??

I have exactly the same problem and am beginning to lose patience! At the moment it’s an expensive waste of money!! I also am unable to change the time as it keeps returning to US time! I have tried everything.

I have a similar problem. Has been fine for months then stopped syncing with my iPad on Sunday afternoon. Tried restarting Iconic, restarting App, uninstalling and reinstalling App, disconnecting device from Bluetooth and reconnecting, and finally forgetting the device and adding as a new one. Now it says it has found the device and is connecting but doesn’t get any further. I even left it trying overnight in case it was just being slow but no joy. It isn’t the Iconic because I have connected to my phone fine this morning, but I prefer the iPad as you get more info.

Like many other users, my ionic won’t synch with my iPhone. It is beyond frustrating. I have tried every piece of trouble shooting advice multiple times. This is a piece of junk. What a waste of money. I am furious.
