Ionic won’t synch with I phone

My ionic won’t synch anymore with my I phone it packed up yesterday .

before that it was working fine.

i have turned off the phone I have quit the app and re-installed.

still no joy

can anyone help please the problem seems to be the watch not the phone or apps

Other things to try are:

 

  • restarting your ionic by:
  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
