Ionic won’t synch

Again! Since Wednesday, ionic won’t synch. Terrible device what a waste of $$$

I am having the same problem and along side of it when I try to get a new clock face it says can not connect to the Internet. I know what you mean that you feel like it is a huge waste of money on something that don't work.

Have you tried unpairing and pairing the watch with your phone?

If that doesn't work, try restarting your watch.

If that doesn't work try factory reseting your watch.

Do you have the latest version of Fitbit app on your phone?

Did you updated the Ionic to Fitbit OS 2.0?
