Ionic won't track heart rate

I've read up all the topics I can find.for some reason my ionic stopped tracking the heart rate. The light is flashing. Before I could turn the light on and off throught the setings, but it now just stays on. I have done a factory reset which only temporarily fixed it. I did a soft restart and a hard restart without any resolution.  What gives?

If the restarts and a factory reset dont restore the Heart Rate function then you need to contact Support (link in my signature)
