My sister got me my fitbit in march after my weight loss surgery. The last 2 weeks I have been in contact with customer support. I am getting nothing but the run around. Trouble shoot this and that. Heart rate detector won’t work. Steps just started reading again but barely. Hardly detects any steps. New update won’t download. Super annoyed by the customer support. Just wanted to send this one back and get a replacement. I have had this for 5 months. Getting a replacement shouldnt even be an issue. I think apple is my next step?
