The issues started with the ionic wouldn't charge so I did a soft reset and it started taking a charge. But the battery would last less than 24 hours. So I did a hard factory reset. I got a notice to say it hadn't been successful but the battery charge lasted just short of 48 hours. So I have tried a hard factory reset again, while charging it and the battery was at 98%. It now won't turn on, do a soft reset or a hard reset. Everything I have read suggests that this is a firmware issue and that I should reach out to customer support. Any suggestions?
