Hi, 

I shutdown my watch when it had a full battery. But now it won't turn on. I have tried to charge this for many hours. I do not think it is a battery. Does anyone has experienced this before? Is there a solution?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks for message. But in this case, my fitbit is turned off and wont start again.
