My Fitbit was stuck in a loop. The Fitbit logo would be on the screen and would never change. It would stay in the screen until it died. I tried doing a factory reset and now it won’t display anything.
I have a brand New Ionic that is giving me this same issue. Did a factory reset. Have had no luck getting it to power back up....even with repeatedly using the back and lower buttons.
