Ionic won’t turn on after factory reset

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had my 2nd Ionic for more than a year now and it was fully charged before I did a factory reset because the GPS is not working. Little that I know, the Ionic cannot be turn on right after I factory reset it (holding 3 buttons, and lift the bottom right after the vibration).

What a crap! None of the method in the forum solves the problem now.

The factory reset function is meant for usage and FAILURE to boot up is clearly Fitbit’s problem, we as a user can’t be responsible for it!
