Ionic won't turn on after factory reset

I got a Fitbit Ionic in August of 2020 and have had some problems with it displaying the correct time. Whenever that would happen I would factory reset it but now it will not turn on. I have tried all the outlets in the house and there are no visible problems with both the watch and charger.

 

Please help.
