I have an Ionic and it has been fantastic, but today while swimming the screen turned off and after getting home and trying a reset and cleaning the charging points (it had 70% battery before swimming) it is completely dead. I pressed the screen and noticed some water coming out of the screen, not sure if that is normal. I sync to an iPhone 12 and this wasn’t picking up anything. Any suggestions? Thanks
