I haven’t used my ionic since July mid till Aug 28th. As the battery was already discharged totally so I charged it to 100% and reused it. However there was a sync issue so I was trying to sync with my mobile. As it didn’t work and was taking lots of time so I shutdown my ionic thinking it might resolve the problem. But unfortunately my ionic is not turning on after that. Even I tried to charge it but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t see any signal light at back when I put to to charge as well. Please help.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
