Ionic won't turn on after update

I have to say I was nothing but disappointed in the watch after I received as a birthday gift. Multiple times it wouldn't sync or update properly. The last update I performed two weeks ago, the watch died completely. It wouldn't turn on or charge. The watch is less than 2 years old. After contacting Fitbit, they said all they could do is offer a discount to buy another one. I don't think I'll ever buy a fitbit after this experience.

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. Thanks for participating in the forums. Sorry to hear you feel this way.

Your feedback is appreciated, each case is reviewed individually and the option that's provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty

Hope you can give Fitbit another opportunity in the future.
