Hi,
My Ionic won't turn on. The issue occurred after it suddenly got very hot while wearing and shut down (I was not exercising or in a warm environment when this occurred).
Troubleshooting I've tried so far that has not had any results:
- Trying a restart (2 buttons) or a factory reset (3 buttons)
- I've also tried plugging the charger into different devices/outlets
