I have an ionic and the other day I went to look at the time and noticed it was off and wasn’t turning on. I tried to charge it, clean the sensors, and check the USB port and cord. Nothing wrong there. It wasn’t charging or turning on. I tried pressing the left and bottom buttons but still nothing turned on. I also tried syncing with the Fitbit app but it couldn’t sync because it couldn’t find my ionic. I noticed when I had my ionic on the charger the watch would get pretty warm but would cool off when I took it off the charger. Can someone help me here? Thanks!
