Ionic won't turn on when I flick my wrist

Can someone please help me?  My watch won't turn on when I turn my wrist to look at it.  It used to but doesn't anymore and I never changed anything.  I'm at a loss 😞

Sometimes the setting gets turned off unknowingly.  Do a long push to left button which brings up the screen awake  setting and make sure it is set to Auto.
