Ionic won't turn on

Had my ionic for a little over a year now and it died on me today. It was on the charger and now it wont turn on. I see many others are having this same issue. Anyone have any luck getting it to turn on?

Sorry to hear that your Ionic is not responding. Let me give you a hand with that. Have you noticed any other inconvenience with your Ionic recently? We can try the basic troubleshooting steps to confirm how is working the battery of your Ionic. Please check these steps: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?
