My Ionic suddenly died on Friday. It’s happened before so I perused all the threads about cleaning (yes I got in all the nooks and used rubbing alcohol) as well as the different buttons to press down to force reset from other forum threads. The device never lit up again and it’s Sunday night. I’ve left it plugged in to various outlets around the house that’s charging my other devices just fine. What else am I supposed to do?

Hi @Soli24, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi there - it’s completely unresponsive. I’ve already read that page. Thanks
