Aug '18 I got my first Ionic. Three month later it was unresponsive and wouldn't charge. Argos (uk) replaced it with a new one in Nov '18
Fast forward to Oct '20 and it's happened again, unresponsive and will not charge 😏
It's still under its 2year warranty. Do I go back to argos or dobi go through Fitbit?
I'm really disappointed. I've been a fitbit user for many years and after buying what I believed to be the more superior model I'm annoyed that its failed me twice now 😭

Thank you @RicardoFitbit
Fitbit have sent me a new fitbit charger but it's still non responsive and not charging so it seems I will have to get in touch with fitbit again 😭
