my Ionic is just under 2 yrs. Ran out of battery. I have been trying to turn it on after charging it for few hrs now but wont turn on . I have tried all the suggested option about using different charger/ buttons
so should i assume its at end of its life cycle? any contact for service center in Australia

I have the same issues
I’ve tried new charger , leaving it on charge , re setting and everything else but it’s been 3 days and won’t turn on
fitbit have pretty much just offered me a discount on a new one but not the one I’d like and so I assume that’s it and it’s not fixable
I’d be interested to know if anyone’s managed to get there’s to work
