Two ionic in, the experience has been horrendous!! My first one worked fine till it got the black screen so I returned it.
my new one won’t track my heart rate and continuously tries updating, also it won’t calibrate.
ive spent loads of time with customer services on the phone, I’ve been a Fitbit user for years and I’m thinking of buying an Apple Watch! You’ve failed me Fitbit
