Ionic won't vibrate at all

No alarm.  No notifications.  No nothing.  

 

I've checked settings.  If turned off.  I've re-set.  

 

Disappointing.  Is anyone else considering Apple watch?

I have the same issue with no vibration at all, please advise. I've reset it, downloaded the latest updates. Restarted the watch and my phone numerous times. Help please.
