Can anyone help me to fix the vibrate problem with my watch please it just stopped the other day , I’ve tried shutting it down loads of times and checked all my settings to make sure they were on

@LISAMOB Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not vibrating. Thanks for shutting it down in an attempt to sort this out.
I'd recommend trying these restart steps. It should refresh your Ionic's inner system and help out with this.
You could also try changing the clock face you are using in case you keep experiencing the same. That may help you out as well.
