Ionic won’t wake on wrist turn. Can’t find setting

• My ionic won’t wake when I turn my wrist anymore. I have to tap the screen and cannot find the setting.

If you go to the clock face, you can hold the button on the left side. If music comes up then swipe right and the setting should be "Screen wake", set that to "Auto" and you should be good 👍

 Depending on the ionic version, you may see the pin for fitbit pay, it would then bee swipe left for quick settings. This is all explained I  the user manual,  click the help link below,  ionic, user manual.
