My 1st ionic lasted 4 months, 2nd ionic lasted 16 months...and just zapped off yesterday, after buying new $40 straps 1 week ago. Went through 3 HRs in less than 1.5 years...a few years back. These things don’t last.
my wife's HR from 3 years ago still works only because she’s worn it 3 times ever. What keeps happening is we all keep spending good money on a faulty product...then get sucked in on a good discount. I have spent around $600 on fitbits over the last 5 years...Now that would be a nice $600 watch! !!...Probably would come with lifetime warranty too. Think I’ll move on to better products.
