My fit bit had died so i went to put it on charge. First it wouldnt charge then the fitbit logo would continue to flash. Now im stuck with a blank blueish screen where im unable to do anything.

I have tried all button restarts and nothing works.

Sounds serious.  Contact Tech Support and see if they can get your device to work.  If not they will normally replace it if still under warranty.  Many have reported this especially when the device freezes up like that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

I had the same problem with my fitbit ionic. I wrote to Fitbit Customer Support and they replaced my Fitbit. It is on the way to me. I am curious if everything will be OK
