This is my 3rd fitbit that is behaving in this way. After a while completly dies and the troubleshooting suggested is useless. I ownen 1 charger and two ionics. Not to mentioned I give 2 other watches as gifts that have had the same fate: simply died after a while. The only reason I kept buying Fitbit is because of my friend that were Fitbit. I guess is time to make friends that wear apple watches?

@Greuceanu Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate that you mentioned you've had other Fitbit Ionics before. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
Before creating a case with our Support team, I would like you to confirm you restarted it following the steps mentioned on this article. Since you mentioned it's not charging, please confirm you tried this troubleshooting.
Keep me posted.
