My Ionic won't charge beyond 28% It has been sitting idle and unused for over a month and now that I am back to it I can't get ti to charge beyond 28% I have tried multiple plugs and even a battery pack nothing makes a difference. It is just over 12months old and I am using the original supplied charging lead. ANy fixing solutions or advice or has anyone had a similar issue. Thanks.

Hi @MartinBrady44, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're experiencing such issue. I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Thank you, I have tried, I cleaned the contacts again with a small alcohol rub and I have done the restart, but it will now only charge to 31%

No fix would not charge past 31% and today it reached a new level of frustration and dissatisfaction, Ionic dead and unresponsive. I have been with Fitbit from Fitbit one (which worked fine) Charge 2 (was okay) Aria Scales (very buggy and hit and miss in synching, not accurate, got a replacement on warranty but not much better still buggy) and Fitbit Blaze (battery life tanked just out of warranty) and now an Ionic which has charging problems (unresolved) and today black screen of death on the Ionic. I am bitterly disappointed and think it is a shame on me that I continued to buy Fitbit. Time to save money and frustration and move to another brand.
