Kinda upset as I love fitbit but she won't charge and she won't turn on. I'm at a loss for words cause I love my fitbit but I guess I'll have to continue with no watch. And look for a Samsung watch

How old is it? As they dont last forever.

 

Try these steps

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

 

If it doesn't help contact support to see what your options are. Use help at the top of the forum

I've done everything to get it to work but it won't even update. And wow a year and they quit working my charge 2 still works. Only reason I switched was I wanted something bigger and better. But I guess I was mistaken and will take my business elsewhere. I'll also be putting a big announcement out over social media stating that they don't last forever and that fitbit just doesn't care about quality,  customer service and the care for there products. 

 

Forseen future fitbit will not be a company used by 2021
