Ionic wont count steps or register heart rate but will count up calories burned

Hi 

Since the last charge (this evening) by Ionic won’t count steps or register a heart rate when on my wrist. It will count burned calories though which are gradually clocking up. The only way it counts steps is if it is plugged in. I have tried syncing to the app and only certain features are syncing. Active minutes and hourly activity not updating.

I have tried cleaning the watch, resetting etc and it wont work. Can anyone help?

The exact same thing has happened to me today also. Its really starting to annoy me now with the amount of issues i am having throughout this past month or so...havent received a notification in such a long time because of "compatibility issues". But was fine before.

I contacted Fitbit via live chat and theres nothing they can do apparently.

I unpaired my Ionic from the Bluetooth on my phone. Reset my phone and watch and reconnected the Bluetooth and everything is showing again. Not sure if it was a glitch or what.
