Hi All,
After hours of trying to re-connect my Ionic to the app, trying every possible combination of turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting Ionic, deleting and re-installing the Fitbit app, etc., I went through the Ionic's menu to do a Factory Reset.
Now, the Ionic is completely dead, and no amount of holding and releasing buttons, etc. will turn it on.
I'd appreciate any suggestions, or if it is now dead, I want to know how I can get it replaced.

Try a simple Restart first and try it several times if necessary. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
