Ionic wont start or reset

Hi .. have an ionic and after an update a few days ago its been playing up no end and last night decided to give up the ghost completely. Has been on charge for 4 hours, totally black screen, no sensor lights, wont restart, wont turn on wont actually do anything .. seems the update has killed it, not very happy at all .. any help would be much appreciated

Had that before...not good enough. Now I see why people get apple watches

This has just happened to me. It started to freeze and not count my steps.i went to switch it off and now I have a blank screen, no ability to charge or switch back on. Very annoying. Only 6 months old. Email support and I may get a reply in around two days. That’s poor customer service for a device which cost circa £150.

It seams that there are a lot of us that had the same problem on the same day seams like a firmware issue?  The button restart does nothing to restart my fitbit, where do we go from here?

You will need to contact fitbit support. They have things to try. None of them helped me though.
