Ionic wont switch on

Hi the battery on my fitbit ran out and when i try and charge it nothing happens. The screen wont switch on. I have tried all the tips on the internet, ike pressing the buttons, leaving it plugged in to charge for a while but nothing happens. It is completely unresponsive.

@Midge06 Sorry to hear you  are experiencing problems. I would take a look at the charging pins on the back and give them a good clean with a soft toothbrush and some rubbing alcohol and dry off with  a soft lint free cloth. There also some troubleshooting pointers on charging. If this still does not help, you will need to. contact customer support so they can assist you further.
