Hi there,
wondering if anyone is having the same issues I am when it comes to the Ionic. I have the Galaxy note 9 and while the Ionic synced perfectly and received notifications great the first two weeks I had it, it has now taken a crap dive for the worst. I have had to remove the device from my fitbit app 3 times and add again, still without getting notifications. I also have to turn off the Bluetooth, force quit the application, turn Bluetooth back on, just for it to sync.
Anyone have any suggestions? I am very sad as this watch does everything I need it to, but the sync and notifications not working is a big disappointment. I feel as though I just wasted $300.00.
Help please!

@copeelman It may be to do with the fact the Note 9 is not on Fitbit's supported device list. Like you I have the Note 9 and have it successfully syncing by using all day sync. I can't comment of notifications as I have them switched off by default as I'm using an unusual pairing of a Charge 3 with my Ionic as the secondary device.
If you are struggling to sync its probably worth also clearing the Fitbit App cache from time to time to se eit that helps. Hopefully the Note 9 will eventually be added to the supported device list and compatibility will improve over time.
