Ionic wont sync with phone app

Hello - My Ionic won't auto or manual sync with my phone app.  I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, verified my Bluetooth is connected etc.  Please help.  Thanks. Patty

@Patty22 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for trying those workarounds. Are you still experiencing this? 

 

There are a couple more things you can try:

 

  • Update the Fitbit App for Android to its latest version (version 2.65 released yesterday).
  • Restart your Ionic.
  • Reset Bluetooth (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back in).
  • Log out from the Fitbit App, reboot your phone, log back in to the app.

This should help you out if you encounter this situation.
