Updated to the new OS several days ago. As soon as it updated, my Fitbit stopped tracking everything. I already restarted it several times, still no change. It is able to synch to the App, and the clock face/time works, but it will not track anything. Please help!!!!

I've got exactly the same problem. I deleted app, reloaded my watch, disconnected/connected again and same issue. Please help!)

The same thing happened to me. I factory reset my ionic but it made my difference. I've had a ticket open with fitbit support for just over a month now. Today they have finally agreed to replace it. Hope your issue is dealt with more speedily than mine was!
