Hi

My fitbit does not work when i am hiking. It doesnt work on normal setting or when i press the hike exercise.

I had the problem with my last fitbit and it needed to be replaced. I have tried everything and it is extrememly frustrating 😳😳😳. I cannot get a proper answer off customer service.

The highest elevation was 332meters and was within normal temperature range, no water.
