I factory reset my watch and when I was trying to turn it on to get to the setup screen it wouodnt turn on. I plugged it in charge but even when I did that it wouldn't turn on. Please tell me on what to do.

Seems odd that your device is not responding after performing a factory reset. First, can you please let me know why did you performed a factory reset procedure on your device? I'd like to suggest you to try the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and then restart your device.

I went from the home screen to settings, about, and then I pressed factory reset. Then it said it would take a few minutes to reset and after that the screen went black and never turned back on.

I also changed the charger the outlets and cleaned the prongs but it is not turning on no matter what I do

I did a factory reset on my fitbit ionic,afterwards the screen went black and would not turn on I tried everything for 2 days Nothing,I was told warranty was over seems to me everyone is having the same problem,I never abused my ionic or even put it near water,I own 5 fitbit watches so I think in good conscious the company should replace not only my watch but everyone who is having the same problem
