Ionic wont turn on

Fitbit ionic had a 75% charge...it stopped syncing and allowing phone calls and texts to come through. I restarted it several times, shut it down several times, unpaired it...then finally reset it back to factory settings. Now it will not turn on. Very disappointing since I've had no issues up until this point😡

My Ionic is doing the same thing. The battery is at 85% but when I click the left button it says 0% and won't charge.
