How long does it take before fitbit answers to mail? It has been a week and the whole situation is awful.
The problem is that it does not sync unless I shut it down, something I can not do every time. At the same time it has frozen. All measures have been taken.

Is the phone you are trying to sync to on the supported list?

I set it up with my samsung galaxy s7, and i have done every singel troubelshotting or something.
Best AnswerMy guess is that you were syncing at a peak time when the servers are busy. I did check the Galaxy S7 on the Supported Devices list, provided by @WendyB and it appears to be there, so I doubt it has anything to do with the phone.

Try syncing at a different time. The device that you use to sync shouldn't make a difference, but the time you sync can.
