Could someone please tell me what to do when the step counter stops counting steps ( even if the battery has sufficient charge)>  I have turned the phone on and off and tried a number of different things but not getting anywhere.  Thanks

I have the same problem.  Very frustrating to look at my watch, often towards end of the day when I'm trying to make my goal or break a record, only to find the Ionic is not counting my steps.  Fitbit says to enter in a log manually.  But how do I know how long it's stopped logging?  I also did not buy a Fitbit so I can guess the number of steps I did to add them in manually.  I want the watch to record faithfully my activity.  Instead, I'm experiencing problems on a daily basis.  So frustrated!
