Why can't I find Large size bands for my ionic at the fitbit store. The sport and the leather band are only available in Small. My size is between S and L. The original band causes some uncomfortable wrist irritation. I wash it several times a day with a soapfree cleanser. So I wanted to buy the sports or leather band to let my skin breathe more. Can anyone help me ? Thank you.

Hi @lindahermans,
I just checked the Fitbit Store and was able to find the perforated leather bands in large for the Ionic. I was not able to find them in the Sports band. It looks like Fitbit may need to restock their product.

"The original band causes some uncomfortable wrist irritation."
Had same problem initially. Keep the Ionic dried along with your wrist. If you swim or shower with it, or get a sweaty wrist after excercise, always remove it and dry it along with your wrist. Don't wear the band too tight. I can push up both sides of the band with my other hand and produce a ~5mm gap. This is how loose it should be - and also still measure your heart rate.
I had to initially stop wearing the device for a few days to let my wrist recover. Then did the above. No issues since.
Plenty of band options on eBay as well.

Are the bands on ebay of good quality ? I once purchased bands for another fitbit on the internet and they were not so good. They came off the watch very easily and since I didn't want to loose my watch, I finally purchased at the fitbit store. Thank you and regards.

Still cannot find the perforated leather bands in the store in size Large. Perhaps you have a different store than I have, I'm from Belgium.

Haven't bought a band off eBay for the Ionic. Did for a Versa - and was as good (identical?) as the original for 1/4 of the cost.
Have a look on ebay.com and check a seller offering international postage. I'm in Australia, but occasionally have a look at the U.S eBay site for items that ship internationally if I can't find what I'm lookimg for at eBay.com.au
