I am wondering if anyone has had a problem with the Ionic wristband coming off?  I bought a new band, but it still pops off.

I appreciate that you mentioned you bought a new band but you're still experiencing this. I would like you to make sure you're attaching your wristband to your Ionic's pebble, following the instructions on this article.
